I walked to the Wagon and Horses in Branston this evening for the first meeting of a new business group – BranstonBiz. There were a number of businesses there, all based in and around Branston – I will post more about the meeting on the Octagon Technology site.

Whilst I was away this weekend I was also managing a support issue for Octagon Technology that arose Friday evening.
This meant that my diary for today was completely changed and I was in the office just in case there were any unexpected issues. So I have been finalising the web pages promoting our forthcoming Data Recovery and Backup Seminar, before the launch at tonight’s Business Club.
A busy day today – which included The Business Club this evening.
These were the people on my table tonight – there will be more details on the Octagon Technology website.
This is my 600th post to this blog.

I am in Scotland for the UK WordPress conference (details here on at Octagon Technology) – the programme starts at 9am and as we are going to use the Park and Ride into Edinburgh it is an early start to the day.
There will of course be an opportunity for some walking and photography whilst we are here.

Richard is just checking the programme – on the bus into the city.

Today Martin and I are spending the day sorting out a client’s patch panel.
It was all working before we started – we are just bringing order to the chaos. Once the job is finished later this week I will post an “after” photograph.
I have spent the day online logged into three different client servers all of which had email problems.
So here is a photo of a server screen of the one machine I had to physically visit.
