Nairn – a day at the beach

The boys were planning to fly their kites but unusually there was only the lightest breeze – so the big kites stayed in the car and they had some success with their lightweight parachute kite.

I could not get any nearer for the photo as I was left watching the bags.

Pokemon, geocaching, walking and steam trains @StrathspeyRail

We all went to Boat of Garten today to enjoy the superb weather by going for a walk. Which happened to pass; several geocaches, a variety of Pokemon (so the boys said but I could not see them) and a cafe where we watched some of the Olympic cycling.
