More IT Support – Octagon Technology
Today I am out covering some of the IT Support jobs. Jobs today have included:
- Getting a CNC control PC back up and running at a factory in Spilsby
- Removing malware from an XP PC – which really should not be being used now
- Helping clients get the best from our hosted exchange server when it comes to sharing calendars
- Telephone discussion with a client in Essex who wants us to provide IT consultancy and remote support to one of his clients in London
- Reconnected a PC to the internet
- Fixed a problem in Word for a Lincoln contract client by remote
- …and making the final tweaks to tonight’s PowerPoint presentation for the Business Club
