Moving on
I am moving on today from Oban to the timeshare at Aviemore where I am meeting the family. Whilst I was packing the tent away I found this insect which was obviously sheltering from last night’s rain under my flysheet.

Clatch Thoull
From Port Appin there is a walk out along the headland.
I took one of the side tracks, from the main path, and although I had to occasionally push through wet bracken taller then me I did get three excellent photos along this detour.

Port Appin, is a small West Highland harbour village, with a scheduled ferry service and excellent 3G.

With the weather today my plan is short walks and then drive somewhere dry! However bad weather makes for more spectacular photos.
