WordCamp UK 2012 – the journey home
We have a slight detour to our journey home – we are going to Lincoln via Manchester Airport to pick up Richard’s daughter.
So we cut across Scotland to the Lake District and the M6.
Here is where we stopped for a tea break.
But we had to move because of the midges – and here is Richard doing the midge dance.
We stopped off at Pooley Bridge in the Lakes for dinner.

Central Fish & Chip Shop & Cafe – Dunbar
We went to the Central Cafe this morning for a full cooked breakfast – and by the table were some photographs and menus from the past.

The outside of the cafe looks very similar today.
However the prices have gone up a bit!

Seen around Edinburgh.
Travelling to and from the Royal College of Surgeons gave an opportunity for some photography – both whilst walking and from the bus.
There was also one session at the conference that offered nothing I was interested in – so I took a walk around the local area.

Dunbar Campsite
The Camping and Caravan Site at Dunbar is right on the coast and has excellent views across the Firth of Forth towards Bass Rock and is well placed for spectacular sunsets.
