Afternoon walk

Out from Branston to Potterhanworth and back.

I travelled light – I carried the makings for my break in my jacket cargo pockets. Small flask, titanium Sierra cup with a folding handle, Alpkit folding spoon, instant Aldi barista coffee and some Malt Wheaties. I packed the gear in the cup and wrapped it in the bandana to stop things rattling and to protect my pocket from the ends of the cup handle.

The plastic sheet I sat on was folded and went in my trouser cargo pocket, with my gloves.

Later there was a great sunset.

Out for a walk

I went from the village on loop out towards the airfield.

I was wrong – I did take a few more snow photos.

To save time on the walk, I made the coffee at the office and took it with me in a thermos mug. For a snack dry wheaties in a small pot from my bento box – with the view below.

2.20am Snowing

2am Snowing

I am watching the Super Bowl on the big screen in the lockdown bunker. I switched on the external flood light for this photo as the snow was beating against the windows.

Jeremy and I were on FaceTime watching the match together, virtually, on iPlayer but as the Buccaneers are up 31 to 9 he has gone to bed. But I am to phone him if KC start to make a comeback.
