With the day starting dry we took the opportunity and decided to go walking along the Cornish Coast Path starting out from Charlestown and heading east.

It may have been raining but Jeremy and I had a great day in Newquay walking along the cliff tops. As with all good walking days it included an English Breakfast – this one was the “Small” from Donna’s Cafe by the station.
honestly she listed this on her menu as the “Small All Day Breakfast”

We finished off the day watching a couple videos in the car, eating salami, crackers, tinned pears, homemade Cornish chocolate fudge and drinking Chai tea – but not all at once.

The day has started as forecasted with wind and rain (see and hear it here), so I made my tea in the porch of my tent. Once that was done it was a telephone call with Martin to catch up on the Octagon work I need to do this week.

The rain did easy up, so we went for a shorter walk than we planned around to town and harbour, which did include sitting by the harbour eating a Cornish Pasty.
I saw the ultimate backpacking coffee machine today in Truro.
It comes with your own personal barista who, I am sure, would drive it along behind you as you walk! So not adding any extra weight to your backpack.

Following meetings in Lincoln I then had to go to Grantham to survey a small office network. Finding a car park space was a challenge – however on the way out of the car park I found my picture for the day.
