I have Teams meetings this afternoon so I could not go far today. The weather was good so I headed for the beach.

The weather was not forecast to be great today, overcast, mist and drizzle – so the plan was to head into Snowdonia National Park and see what I came across.

I have attached a length of cord to the canteen lid as it secures with only an 1/8 of a turn and I did not want it to come loose and then be lost.
The rain got a lot harder after this so lunch was in the car.
The weather changed my plans.
The hotel grounds has some great picnic spots so that is as far as I walked today for a brew. Indian Chai with a view of the River.

I went out to the Lincolnshire coast near Saltfleet and Rimac, walking along the beach and across the sand dunes.
A new 1.1l water bottle, a nesting mug with a lid, all titanium. The canteen carrier has a shoulder strap and belt loops and a pocket for the lid.
It was a birthday present from my family.
It is excellent. Lightweight, sturdy and well made. The carrier is snug, put the mug and the bottle in first then slide in the lid and cinch down the restraining strap.
The bottle provided water for four hot drinks throughout the day.
