This was the view as I was walking home from fixing an internet issue and sorting a problem with some digital dictation software.
This view point will not be here for much longer as I think the railway foot bridge is going as part of the redevelopment in the area.

It was a job for Les from Ideas In2Action, to securely connect one of his CCTV systems to the internet.
This now gives their client secure access to monitor the cameras from a smartphone or tablet.
Whilst Martin was doing some remote work via the internet, I went to solve a problem for a client in Gainsborough.
On the way I passed a couple of wind turbines, close enough to the road for me to pull over and get a shot.
I was planning a walk today – but the rain and the cold postponed that.
I was wondering what “photo of the day was going to be and was going to photograph the “Toad in the Hole”, Diana and the boys are cooking me for my birthday tonight, but then at the end of the grey day the sun set spectacularly.

My first appointment today was with a client who has an office very near to RAF Scampton. As I was driving there I could see the Red Arrows flying over Lincoln Cathedral and hoped to get out there before they finished their practice session.
I parked near the office I was going to and was just in time to get The Red Arrows’ final fly pass for “photo of the day”. They then flew in, individually, over my head and landed.
