I was at a networking lunch today at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Lincoln – there was an excellent view from the function room where we had lunch.

There has been a cloud of pollution hanging over Lincolnshire for the last day or two, making the days gloomy. This has meant RAF Waddington has been running the landing lights during daylight hours.

Sunday Walk – around Branston
It was a great spring day today – an ideal day for a walk across the Lincolnshire fields. I packed light so I could cover a reasonable number of miles in time I had available. I took a flask for my stop and made instant coffee rather than use a stove, again so I did not loose much time.
