Loch Morlich

Morning walk – Loch Morlich and Glen More

Last day today – Edinburgh for lunch tomorrow and then back to Lincoln. Time for one more walk, early morning at Loch Morlich and Glen More. I took my coffee with me in a flask and a couple of croissants.

It was bright and below zero and despite the mild weather this week the edges of the Loch were frozen.

Today’s photo and some extra Scotland photos

Something from the garden today – I have gear and equipment to clean and sort today, it is too wet and gray to get the MX-5 out and I have Octagon work to organise for the coming week.

Glenmore Forest Park

It has got a lot warmer today so the low snow has gone and the high snow looks much thinner. The plan this morning was to walk in the forest near Loch Morlich and have lunch at one of the loch side picnic areas. The walking was good but the high wind put a stop to the lunch stop.
